Service is terrible, employee at the front desk is rude telling the customers they have attitude and we are rude! No customer skills at all and still employed at environment at services customers, unbelievable. I come here frequently but this was the last time. Such bad service. Wouldn't support business for this reason. Employees are rude, don't want to do their job, are bothered by customers, and don't seem happy. Owners need to find new servers to represent the business asap. Food is good. But lacks something. The environment is kind of stale, but okay. Overall, the service is awful.

Food, I would not return for another meal from here. It's mediocre at best. I'd rather spend my money at a place where I like the way the food tastes. Service, fast and friendly. Ambiance, clean restaurant.

Just got a salad from Nicks. The dark meat chicken looks like the scraps that were left over from all the other chicken dishes on the menu. Disgusting. The greens were fine.

Came in at 7pm and a shaggy looking cashier guy looked disappointed that he has to serve another person. The guy seriously didn't want to be there and was rude. We got some falafel and it didn't came with dipping sauce. Who serve falafel with no sauce? Dude forgot to out napkins and utensils for a to-go order. I wonder where his mind was today or if it hasn't worked correctly all these years. He needs more training or you'll be out of business soon if he continues to work there. Placed order online on their website for 6:15pm. Arrived 5:50 and did not expect it to be ready, so we just checked in with the girl at the front so she knew we were there. She said she did not see a ticket, couldn't find our food, and suggested maybe someone came in and grabbed our order by accident. Ordered the Chicken Souvlaka wrap - I had to throw it out - inedible. The "Honey Mustard" in reality is identical in consistency and taste to a form of mayonnaise. So much of it inside the wrap that it couldn't be eaten. Very little chicken - 2 small pieces. Very little vegetables. I would have expected a tzatziki or yogurt type of based sauce within the wrap - not something so fatty and similar to a hamburger sauce. Basically a junk food type middle eastern dish.

the girl who worked in the front on 1/15 at 6pm is seriously rude. I've been in multiple times and she has the worst customer service everytime. Continuously on her phone, not helpful at all, short and snippy, and frankly just so rude to customers.
