Worst gyro I've ever had, this place is horrible don't go there. The meat and all of the produce tasted stale.

Let me start by saying that I have ordered food from this specific location many, many times with each time being very satisfied (5 stars). However, today was totally different. The portion size of my gyro bowl ('my usual order) was notably small. Not sure what is going on but am very disappointed.

Basic, hardly any seasoning. Lackluster chain restaurant. Only good thing is the Tzatziki has more garlic flavor.

I came in today and ordered a burger + fries and paid an outrageous amount. Even under current fast food market conditions they charge far too high for a single burger compared to their competitors. The burger alone is over 12 dollars and after tax + 2.00 tip it costed me almost 16 dollars just for the burger. Furthermore, I have never been so disappointed in the quality of the burger. First time at this place. Decided to try something new around town. I ordered the chicken souvlaki. Food was delicious and plentiful. Never had something like this before so it was an experience. I cleaned the plate up quick! Reason why I gave it 1 star was because of the service. Tall black cashier guy was more rude than a McD employee. Not even joking. I ordered takeout. I requested to pickuo at 5:30z I arrived at 5:20 and my order was ready which I thought was great. However, it was cold and soggy when I got home and I live 5 mins away. I'm guessing they did my order right when they received it. My food was soggy and cold. My dinner was ruined.

This review is not for the food which is pretty good. This review is for the rude male cashier who is often there when I go. He is ALWAYS scrolling his phone every time I see him and acts bothered that he actually has to do his job. I had my food tossed on the table. He should be given the job of cleaning the dining and restrooms since he can't be decent to customers.

Came in to place an order for a Falafel bowl. The bowl was alright, a little salty as per usual with their seasoning. However, today's review is more so for their customer service and cashier. My order total was $16.31, I was planning to give them $20.31, however, the cashier wasn't having it. A decent cashier would have waited for me to get the change but her excuse was that she "pressed the button too soon" and therefore, couldn't give me $4 back. First and last time there. 1. Walked in and wasn't greeted. 2. As I was ordering, the African American employee taking our order would turn his back to us to talk to the two cooks in the back without warning. This happened 3 times. No apology, no acknowledgment. 3. Once the food was ready, he didn't acknowledge us, he stood there and we had to ask if that was our food. 4. Fries were soggy 5.
