Oh my God the Nick's Fries are off the chain they give you enough to share and they are delicious. The dining room and tables are very clean and the staff are very friendly
We ordered catering for 20 and the food was a big hit at our gathering. We ordered the the second catering option, with chicken and pork souvlaki, beef/lamb gyro, pita, rice, parsini & Greek salad, as well as the lokumades and tzatziki. Food was ready right at pick up, they loaded to our car and everything was fresh and delicious! Would def recommend again.
Wow so good! I actually don't really like Greek food but was hanging around with the kids eating somi somi when I noticed this place. Decided to give the chicken bowl a try and it's so yummy! Even the kids liked it! Will definitely be back!
The place is clean and the employees are friendly. The food is decent for a chain restaurant and the portions are generous in my opinion which helped justify the cost somewhat. I ordered a chicken gyro and a beef/lamb plate, and my favorite part of the order was the flavorful rice that's served with the plate. The pita that came with the plate were a bit dry. The pita with the chicken gyro was normal. Will certainly go back and try out other items on menu.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised last night. I ordered the Fallafel Bowl. He ordered the Chicken Plate. Everything was excellent. The service was great, and the food arrived within minutes. My only wish is that they have Tabbouleh Salad on the menu.
We have had it 3 times now. Each time the Gyro was great. My finicky kids even liked them. They usually eat nuggets and rice. So this was great. I will definitely eat here again. Good place to eat.
before I used to live next to this cute Greek cafe. It was my whole childhood and then it closed down and I thought I could never try anything like it again . But then Nick the Greek opened up. Where do I begin ?? From the HUGE portions to kind staff , truly something I look for and what brings me back at least once a week. I love the prasini salad and crave it everyday lol ! Was pretty good but definitely also had mediterranen food that was better. Feel they should add some tzatziki into their Kebabs but they said they can always do that upon request. Overall good place. Will definitely be back for further lunches.
Finally able to try this much needed restaurant in Elk Grove. Got a warm welcome from the staff and decided on the Pork Belly Gyro Pita ($11). The price may seem a little steep for basically an open face sandwich but ohhh is it work the price. Lots and lots of delicious pork w/ tomatoes, lettuce, onion & tasty tzatziki sauce. I inhaled the pita and was stuffed. I cant wait to try all the other items.
