Maaaannn they forgot the sauce that was suppose to be included. Was so excited to eat but it was dry without it. Unlucky.

I am rating the management and staff. Previous nick the Greek worker and I can say, none of the staff really care about the store or follow the guidelines set for them. District manager Manny was extremely rude when working with him and after voicing my concern to him he apologized. Should treat their workers much better, store manager recently hired Sam is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you look at my previous review, you know I'm a fan of this place. However, I am incredibly disappointed tonight. I ordered the avgolemono soup and please tell me.. does something look off here? I've ordered it from here before and it was made correctly. Either I was given the wrong soup or the crew today had no clue how to make it. No eggs (which is essential for the broth) no lemon AT ALL (confused, since this is a Greek LEMON soup) and barely any orzo or chicken in it. Tasted like watered down chicken soup. I am going to stop eating at this place. I have been there so many times, each time they get the order wrong. Sauce or meat or both are missing. They don't pay attention to the order. People taking orders and packing the food are stupid and dumb. Again I paid for gyro chicken plate with falafel on the side and got only falafel with No chicken. 100% do not recommend. We've ordered from here 3 times now. I was SO excited when they finally opened this location. It's not the most inexpensive but I used to frequent a location in the South Bay and always loved it. Every time we have ordered, the food has been subpar. It's just fine. But not worth the price. Honestly cannot recommend this place, especially with fahlafel flame right down the street. The meat was greasy, the salad had goat cheese, and the sauce was blah. The server also corrected the way I pronounced gyro.

I decided to given them a try, because my Greek "go to" is closed on Sunday, but it turns out not as good as Simply Greek (about 2 miles away across freeway). Here's our order: Side of Falafel: 6 balls on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce. If you want taziki with it, you have to ask, it really should just come with it. The wrap is 10.95$. Not much meat inside if you want French fries. There will be another 4$. Too expensive. The gyro is too much salt inside. Not tasty. Not recommend.
