Don't get me wrong on this review. The food, service, speed for take out order was 4Stars. But, be ware, they add a "Hidden" 10% or more "automatic service tip" to the order, does not disclose this, and their tablet is asking for a tip (15%/20%/25% or custom tip) selection to the customer. Even though I selected custom to add a 10% tip for a take out order (not dine in), I realized after I got home that there was an automatic tip + my additional "Forced to Tip" almost for take out. Not a huge deal on the amount, part tim... read more

Hello Byung, I appreciate your feedback on your experience at our store and Im so happy to hear you enjoyed the service and food you were served. The additional tip you are stating that you paid is extremely concerning to me. I am the franchise owner and I can assure you I have not programed our POS to add in any forced tip in addition to the tip option that is presented to the customer. Would you mind emailing me your receipt at komielmohsen@ckccorporation.com so I can get to the bottom of this? We are extremely greatful ... read more

If you're in the mood for Greek food, I'd skip Nick the Greek. While the food is reasonably tasty, it's completely overpriced--especially for a fast-casual spot. Every salad is vegetarian by default, and adding any protein costs an extra $6. The salads themselves are small, side-salad sized, and already $12--so you're looking at a $20 salad that's hardly a good value. The service was fine, ( manager is receptive to feedback)but the overall experience just doesn't justify the cost--especially if you're trying to eat healthy ... read more

Business response:

Hello Risha, I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience. I can assure you that our establishment has no interest in price guaging our customers, with the current inflation we are seeing everywhere our prices did increase just a touch to ensure we are able to provide our consumers with high quality products and ensure we did not take a hit on our food quality. Additionally, we have made no adjustments to our portion sizes. I would be more than happy to discuss this in detail with you if youd like to email me at ko... read more

To put it plainly, I would equate this to being the McDonald's of Greek food. I got a chicken souvlaki pita wrap, and a gyro salad with lamb and beef gyro. I will say, their proteins were pretty good. But just ok. The pita wrap was very processed and commercial which can be hard to avoid, but it was worse than I'm used to. The "yogurt" tasted more like mayonnaise, and lacked on more fresh ingredients and seasoning incorporated. The salad was just kind of sad. And they offer tapatio and an off brand sriracha as condiments....... read more

This 2 star rating is for amount of food for the cost and taste of food. If this falafel pita wasnt $13 and was more like $7, i wouldnt be giving 2 stars. I'd prob give 3. The pita itself was soft and good. Falafel was standard, about what is typical, no better. But the rest of the pita was full of red onions and lettuce and only about 2 falafels. It just wasn't impressive or worth the money. I only came here because chipotle had a line. Shouldve gone to chipotle or gotta eatta pita. Second wouldve been pricier but being d... read more

I went to Nick the Greek Dublin on Saturday, July 13, and purchased a falafel pita and a fountain soda. The total came to $16.54. I handed the cashier a twenty-dollar bill. As he was handing me my change, he said they were short. I asked how short, and he said 16 cents. I said I would like my 16 cents. He asked a manager(?) who very curtly said to me, "We are short. We can refund you and you can pay by credit card, but we are short." As I was very hungry and had already ordered I chose to take the loss. The cashier then hand... read more

Staff never answer the phone. Hal behind the counter says she can't hear the ring. Really?

I would recommend you do not order later in the evening or through a delivery service. I've ordered 4 times within the last 30 days and my mods are never respected. Every time I ask for extra rice and sauce (and pay for them) it's never added. I almost feel like it's a game where when I pay for them, they add less. The cuts of meat are also not consistent. I just received my order and I have multiple 6 inch pieces of chicken, which is just insane to me. The flavors are great, I would just recommend ordering in person, so... read more

Lots of locations, a plus. Food is average at best for Greek food. If you order online, make sure you check your food to see if prepared correct. I am not sure why because the order is plain to see, but my order has been incorrect four times, maybe more. I would probably try another location; I will be going elsewhere. Yianni M.
