First time was annoying. Second time was enough to write this post. I order a plan gyro and say just pita and meat. It comes out with everything. Do better please.
Their falafel is never done, inside is always mushy basically outside looks crispy but inside is raw. I tried couple of times orders it's always same Dish n dash sanjose falafel are the best
Cold, old fries and stale falafel. The other items...pork belly and chicken souvlaki were okay. Hummus and pita was meh...not worth the $. Greek salad was ok but again not a great value. I hope this isn't the typical experience here.
Order was not correct when we went back they said that's how order is, no utensils it was a work order so multiple items. Hair in rice, rice amount was less than half a cup. So disappointed even with the response once we called :(
Monday afternoon ordered food from this place I don't know what to say rice probably was out they gave the left over rice open and found the hair. on top of that miss some items that we ordered. Never be back to this place again.
Under-cooked falafels and over-cooked prices. An absolute price-gouge of an experience even by bay area standards. A couple of toasted pita bread, an excuse for (very basic) salad and six falafels for $16. Could've hopped on a flight to the middle east and had my falafel plate there.
I'd been looking forward to trying this chain for a while since I've seen them expanding. We maybe hit at a bad time, but the quality was not what I'd hoped to see. Cold fries that had clearly been sitting a while, and the beef/lamb gyros were standard. I may try another location, but I may not!
I've been walking past this place for a while now and finally decided I should try it. I chose walk-in ordering, and it was very fast but of course it was around 4pm not yet hitting the dinner rush. Got my order in under 7 minutes and I was out. The bowl wasn't as messy as complained by other reviews, it was actually quite organized, salad and rice split to both sides and protein and whatever else on top and you can just mix it up if you want. The pork belly was disappointing as I thought there would be more melt in your... read more
Food was mediocre in taste and service was cold and not inviting. I ordered the chicken souvlaki plate and I wouldn't order it again. The chicken was under cooked and rather bland. The rice salty and my salad had equal parts lettuce and ONION! overall not a good plate of food or worth the price. What was worse was the service- the main guy at the cashier was mean and rude-- he really didn't seem to want to be there and it truly impacted the vibe in the whole restaurant. I could tell even the other employees felt off and kept... read more
