I went yesterday and ordered chicken Gyro Bowl. There was lamb in my bowl. Which I took a bite of. I was so grossed out and couldn't eat anymore. How do they make a mistake like this ? Very disappointed.

I would like to say the food is ok; however, the issue i have is the chef climbing over the counter where the food comes out of the kitchen and placing his shoes on the counter below where the togo boxes and other bags are located. And I had to wait at one point because one of the employees had their back to me looking at her phone. Fire the staff and start over!

The place was fairly empty. The coworkers look like they were just having such a goofy time talking with each other. The cashier looked confused the whole tine taking my order. Maybe it's because of it being a holiday but...let's start with the RUDEST cashier EVER at the counter! Snapping her gum like a 12 yr old! Didn't give me any time to sign in to get my points. Restaurant closed early but still accepted the online order and we were provided an expected time to pickup. The people inside would not even come to the door to explain what happened and waved at us rudely to go away. There was one other customer outside in the same situation who was calling them on the phone but they wouldn't answer it even though one person was right next to it. Just made us feel terrible - like we were begging or trespassing. Customer service was hit or miss before but now I'm never going back.

The customer service is beyond horrendous at times. There's a certain young man that works the register from time to time, that, if you see him just turn around and leave. There's no way he can be an employee. I'm guessing he's family to the ownership. During lunch when time is very limited for people he'll flat out ignore that there's a customer waiting to place an order. The past two times I was here: 1) The line kiosks were down. Not a good place to eat anymore! Used to going to Dublin one the customer service has changed not that friendly!! They opened Danville one i went there but unfortunately while they were cleaning the Kitchen with disposable Gloves they use the same to prep my salad!! I complained to the young lady working there she wouldnt care!! I called the Dublin one they promised me someone will call me to follow my complain but noone called me. I wont go back there anymore.

Food was not great. Requested humus instead of tzatziki and it didn't include the hummus. Falafels we're way over done. My girlfriend got a beef wrap and hers was also way over cooked.
