First time to try Nick the Greek today and it was delicious, we took falafel and gyro wraps, both were excellent, the falafel tasted so good, the wrap had generous amount of falafel and salad, I was really impressed with the gyro wrap, I don't like lamb and it didn't taste lamby at all. The staff were super nice and helpful, the place is nice and clean. Bottom line you will eat quality food.
I've eaten here once prior, and I thought it was so tasty, I hyped it up to my friends, who ordered it to go for us. I ordered the beef/lamb pita. I'm normally not a raw onion fan, but I'll devour this with no problem. The slices of beef and lamb aren't dry at all. I also am not a huge lamb fan, but surprisingly, I can't really tell the difference between the beef and lamb slices. It doesn't really taste like lamb? My friend disagrees and said she can still tell. So if you really don't like lamb, I'm nervous about recommen... read more
amazing food. This location is better than all the other ones.(livermore) The owner is extremely chill and a good person. Overall amazing experience and I go here regularly.
Not usually big on restaurant chains, but I do like me some Greek food, I mean c'mon who doesn't like some gyro goodness? Plenty of outside eating and today was surprisingly warm, so we decided to eat inside. Walk up line was quick, menu is simple. Ordered beef/lamb gyro, the Chicken Souvlaki bowl, and Nick's fries sans feta. Everything was good, no complaints. Gyro was flavorful, but I wouldn't do fries in it again. Chicken Souvlaki bowl was nice with the rice, lettuce and other veg. Although I wouldn't recommend the Nick... read more
My wife and daughter really enjoyed their chicken souvlaki plate and children's chicken plate (respectively). I thought the menu was very limited and was disappointed that they didn't have beef or lamb souvlaki, so I didn't even order anything. But I tasted my wife's salad and it was really good. We will go back.
The food is excelente really fresh generous portions and really good prices my partner and I where amazed at not only the quality of the food but the service very fast and friendly staff we loved the ambiance of the place we had the lamb gyro with fries combo and this was by far one of the best Greek meals I've ever had I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu I definitely recommend 10/10
COVID-19 take out review. We place an order through their Square site online. Ordering was "fine". The food was ready when we got there. Pick up was very easy, just put your mask on, go inside and give them your name. Not crowded for an early weekday lunch a bit after 11 AM. We ordered three plates: chicken souvlaki, pork belly gyro, and traditional beef lamb Gyro. The chicken souvlaki came on wooden skewers. We couldn't quite tell if the chicken was white or dark meat, but it was well seasoned with a good char on it. It di... read more
As I walked in I smelled nothing but original authentic food. This place was buzzing with people. I really enjoyed the food but most of all the atmosphere!
I must admit this is the first Greek restaurant that serves pork belly and I'm a fan of it. I ordered the pork belly gyro with fries and a drink for $15 and my wife ordered the chicken souvlaki platter that comes with a salad, a side of rice, and some pita bread for $15. It's nice that they offer outdoor dining. Everything was pretty good. I'll come back and try the Greek burger.
