On their google profile it says they close at 9:30pm on a Sunday, we got there at 9pm and doors were closed and some employees were sitting down and others taking their stuff from outside in. The girl who was outside said there was still time to get food when we asked her if they were still open - side door was closed. When we tried to open the main doors (closed) the employee inside gestured they were closed. Not good for a location that was just opened ...

They just opened and it seems like they are working out the kinks in the business. I hope they focus on making sure the orders are correct and food quality is high and consistent. I'm a big fan of the Novato location and was excited this location opened. When my order was missing items, the manager was aloof and non-apologetic. The staff seem stretched especially during rush hour. Management should really focus on quality and customer service as first impressions matter. Horrible experience, I went there with my sister and the people from the kitchen were starring at us, talking each other and laughing. We felt so uncomfortable and very disappointed. No manager at all or supervisor. Not coming back!

I ordered takeout chicken slouvaki and greek fries. Even though I was home with the food in front of me in less than 5 minutes it was not even warm let alone hot like most people like it. Chicken is rubbery, fries quite soggy. Salad is mostly nutritionally worthless, tasteless iceberg lettuce, with tomatoes, olives, and red onions. Tomatoes are hard and tasteless. Pita bread is very stale. Pretty obvious the food is not prepared on sight but prepacked in a mass kitchen designed for franchises.
