As I look back on things that I am thankful for in 2022, Integrated Home Design tops the list. They did a complete kitchen and master bath overhaul for me this fall following a massive water damage incident, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. Almost at the end of a fantastic experience with a kitchen remodel. Signed the contract for this project and of course, during the season of Covid, supply chains were slow, but our project began on October 10....the kitchen demo team was great. We asked for a few things to be salvaged and very carefully they did that, and then the work began! Kyle was the project lead. A great company to work with and get a job started and completed in the time frame given! Michael & Steven did a excellent job doing their work assigned. They protected the rooms not being remodeled with plastic over doorways and cleaned up all construction items daily! Travis and Jon were great to work with and will use this company again if needed! Amazing! Professional, prompt,responsive, and respectful. They entire crew was great! Denver the electrician was great. Mike, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job.

I had recently down sized and needed to changed the shower to a more handicapped friendly. I had all the big companies that advertised on TV to come and give me a quote. I was shocked to learn how expensive they were, could not do the design i needed and none negotiable. They are all nation wide and big percentage of their revenue goes to corporate offices. We had 2 large patio doors and a bay window replaced, along with a master bath total tear out, redesign and remodel. Logan did a great job of scoping out the projects and making sure they could deliver exactly what we wanted. Kyle was the project manager on the doors & window and Rick on the bathroom. Both did an excellent job of keeping things moving and keeping us informed along the way. Denver did an amazing job on the electrical work and lighting recommendations for the bathroom. I don't typically write reviews but when someone impresses me this much it is hard not to. From the very first phone call, to the last day of working this company has been so amazing to work with! They delivered an incredible finished product on everything they did and also did it in a timely manner! Huge praise for Logan, John, Terry, Mike and Mickey for a job well done!! You have earned me as a customer for life and I will recommend you to everyone I know! To put it simply....There is no better than Integrated Home Design!

Our materials took time getting shipped but that seems to be par for the course in today's markets. Our installation team of Mike, Mickey and Jaimie (plumbing) were absolutely the best. The go-to person of the group was Mike D****** and he did an outstanding job if managing the project for our new walk in shower in the master bathroom. The team was professional and treated us with much respect and consideration. We are both senior citizens and definitely appreciated their patience.
