Easy to talk to about bikes--why I'm there, knowledgeable, and strong customer focus. They do an excellent job fitting the bike to the rider (essential). Post sale, they have shown the same helpfulness. There are some very good bike shops in town, but Two Wheel Drive stands out as the best I have shopped.
