Great local shop! I am very new to the higher end bike scene. I reached out and they actually returned my emails with timely responses! This lead to me coming in to the store that day and purchasing a new KONA mountain bike. I never felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowedge and they answered all of my questions, never made me feel like I didnt belong. I use speciality crutches that make it hard for me to carry my purse. Went in for a bike bag to attach and the young woman helping us not only found the perfect solution, she even attached it for me. greaat customer service.

They afforded my partner who has a permanently injured ankle/foot; the ability to ride again on a Catrike Dumont specially designed for her disability.
