After leaving a negative review regarding my experience of ordering online, the manager reached out via message, seeming like he was trying to provide a resolution, but then never responded via call nor message, horrible customer service.
We live just around the corner and were excited to try this restaurant because we love Greek food. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The prices are extremely high for the quality and portion sizes. A beef kabob plate and a soda came to nearly $27, which would be easier to justify if the food matched the price. Unfortunately, the beef kabobs were not very flavorful and did not meet our expectations. The service was quite poor. The male employee at the cash register was not present. I placed my order with the female employee, as she appeared to be working, but she completely ignored me. After I was finally able to put my order, they put my order off to the side and had me sitting there waiting for 30 minutes. After multiple people got their order before me, I finally got up, and she was like, "Here's your food, cold and ready." No sorry or anything. I didn't take the food, I just got my money back. I've ordered from this place on several occasions and enjoyed my food. However, on tonight when ordering my order was completely incorrect. I called the restaurant To see what took Place and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then proceeded to hang up in my face when I called back they stopped answering the phone and took the phone off the hook. Chicken was completely dry and parts pink, very small pieces on skewer. Given the way it was, there is no way it was made to order. Yellow rice was dry as well. Pita was good. Had Baklava, and was drowning in syrup it didn't taste at all like honey on it , as it stated. Staff was friendly tho. Overall tho, probably won't go back.
Visited the location on 5/2, Food was good, coming from a real Greek, however the guy behind the counter didn't really know what he was doing and didn't really know his menu, I heard him tell a customer in front of me that the souvlaki was "weird" and I couldn't help but take a little offense as this is the food I grew up on.

The food was nasty got little sick over it...never again I asked for extra sauce... it was overpriced the fries were soggy as hell..no sauce

I ate at the one in Laguna Niguel and it was fantastic Beef & Lamb Gyro!!! so I thought I would give this one a try. I tried the chicken Gyro and it was not good at all and would never get it again. The fries were cold and super super seasoned and way too salty... I tried hummus for the first time and it tasted like I made it at home which is not that great and mediocre at best! Overall the pita was great but how does this count as a "side" of fires. I had about 5 skinny sticks ...
