When I got home I discovered they had screwed up my order, despite that I'd told them twice what I wanted, and they charged me for it. Management showed no interest in doing anything about it.

I'm a big fan of Nick the Greek and while my food was good at this location, the people working there were not. The music was already louder than necessary when I arrived, but as I sat there it was raised again to a level you would expect to hear at a bar. After we asked it to be turned down, they proceeded to turn down the music for about 2 minutes, then turned it back up to an even louder level forcing us to seat outside to be able to hear ourselves speak.
