Didn't even taste the food yet. I was completely disappointed in the portion size. Very few fries with my order. Like very few.
Order a gyro with fries on the side and they literally gave us five fries. The order was buy one get one free but I should have been suspicious of the price. You get what you pay for. There are far better Greek restaurants in the area. Go there!!
Got a beef souvlaki. It was about 4-5 cubes of beef two halves of tomato, a few slices of red onion and some sauce. That and a small drink for about$15.00. (I was thinking of all the food I could have got a Chili's for that). The pita bread was waaaaay too soft. And after a few minutes it was mushy and disgusting. The beef didn't have much flavor. I had to add salt. And I never have to add salt to any take out food. Its usually the reverse. Will I be returning? What do you think ?
I can put up with the $20 for a smaller gyro bowl and drink after the obligatory tip requested at a glorified fast-food restaurant (I.e. place order at counter, get own drinks, have food delivered to table). The quality / taste was fine. Not sure any better than the other options in the area. Ambiance is expected for what it is. Gets the job done with no frills. What I can't deal with is seeing the individual behind the register while waiting for the food to come out, blow their nose right at the food counter, not w... read more
The Greek salad had all vinegar and zero flavor. No greens at all. Onions, tomatoes and cucumber slices;that was it. The other item was a beef wrap that was dry. Will not be returning.
The food at Nick the Greek was absolutely delicious, but the customer service was very disappointing. The cashier--an older woman with eyebrow tattoo--was on her phone when we walked in and seemed uninterested in taking our order. She wasn't friendly at all. We were the only customers in the restaurant, so a bit of hospitality really shouldn't have been difficult. While we dined in, she remained on her phone and even sat at one of the customer benches, which felt unprofessional. She didn't offer us water or even say thank yo... read more
It was my first time trying this place. I was so excited to taste the food. I ordered the steak bowl... when I received it the bowl was half empty and have 3 little pieces of meat. I paid close to 20 dollars for nothing. First and last time I ever visit!
The garlic fries were so small for the price and the portions of the plate was insanely small.
Great Gyros at this place, even though they did not prepare mine how I asked. I like my gyro meat crispy and ordered it as such, and the note appeared on my receipt, however the meat was not crispy at all. The taste though was great. The service was a bit abrupt and nowhere near what I would describe as helpful or even remotely friendly. It was on a Sunday afternoon and it appeared from her actions and words that she would have rather been a million other places than right where she was.
