The Greek salad had all vinegar and zero flavor. No greens at all. Onions, tomatoes and cucumber slices;that was it. The other item was a beef wrap that was dry. Will not be returning.
The food at Nick the Greek was absolutely delicious, but the customer service was very disappointing. The cashier--an older woman with eyebrow tattoo--was on her phone when we walked in and seemed uninterested in taking our order. She wasn't friendly at all. We were the only customers in the restaurant, so a bit of hospitality really shouldn't have been difficult. While we dined in, she remained on her phone and even sat at one of the customer benches, which felt unprofessional. She didn't offer us water or even say thank yo... read more
It was my first time trying this place. I was so excited to taste the food. I ordered the steak bowl... when I received it the bowl was half empty and have 3 little pieces of meat. I paid close to 20 dollars for nothing. First and last time I ever visit!
Great Gyros at this place, even though they did not prepare mine how I asked. I like my gyro meat crispy and ordered it as such, and the note appeared on my receipt, however the meat was not crispy at all. The taste though was great. The service was a bit abrupt and nowhere near what I would describe as helpful or even remotely friendly. It was on a Sunday afternoon and it appeared from her actions and words that she would have rather been a million other places than right where she was.
The food is okay, it's the paper they place the food on. It's thin paper and it gets all over the food when the food juices get it wet. I don't paper so I'm out. Best of luck.
One of the worst "Greek" experience you could find in Dallas. First of all, this place is advertised as a restaurant but you realize as soon as you walk in that it's far from it. Secondly their Gyros were all salt and no flavor, we did not eat their food and ended up at our trusted local Thai food place, this place is not worth a visit nor your hard earn money. Would give 0 stars if possible!
First of all so much potential here. I love the idea of having a Mediterranean restaurant in las Colinas. Fresh herbs, citrus and spices are what come to mind when I think of Mediterranean food. This falls flat, and overall lacks flavor and freshness. I wish a general manager would swoop in and save this establishment. I was shocked these fries even got expo'd.
