I had high hopes for this restaurant considering it's so close to my home. I asked the counter person if the chicken gyro was chicken breast. She said that is all they use for their chicken. I received the overpriced ($13.25) gyro and it was full of dark meat. I brought it back and the counter person played dumb. I sent Hubby who explained it to her. We got a refund but he had the beef/lamb gyro which he said was ok but overpriced at $12.50. We won't be back. There are too many good gyro places in the East Valley.

The food and service were terrible. My wife asked if the chicken gyro was white meat. She was told that it was. Needless to say it wasn't. The regular gyro was adequate but overpriced. Ambiance was fine. Regular quick serve. We were the only people present at lunch time

Both my children got food poisoning from eating the rice here the other night, being that they had nothing else to eat that day and I was the only one that didn't have any we narrowed it down to this. Called and talked to a manager to let them know of this and she denied that it could even be a possibility and made it seem like I was crazy and couldn't happen from their rice. Let me begin by saying I'm Greek and from Chicago and know what quality Greek food should taste like. I was totally disappointed with the food. The Chicken kabobs were cooked earlier in the day and possibly reheated. They were dry and had no taste. Kabobs I'm used to are chunks of white breast meat, marinated and then grilled fresh, right to your plate. The same goes for the Gyros. This Gyros was not sliced from the spit.
