Food is fine but I've gotten food twice there and both times I've been missing an item. Both times they were gyros. 12.50 is a lot to just go missing
Tried this place for the first and last time. Food was okay and customer service was not it. If you want a good Mediterranean food place try Pita Valley. Amazing food there!
So, I was really looking forward to trying this new Mediterranean place - I've been wanting one nearby for ages! Unfortunately, it wasn't quite the amazing experience I'd hoped for. I ordered a Mediterranean salad with gyro meat, and they completely forgot the dressing! That was a bit of a bummer. Also, the gyro meat... well, it was a bit of a mixed bag as half of it was thinly shaved as it should be, but the other half was in chunks, which wasn't great, and it tasted a little like it had been microwaved instead of being fre... read more
Walked in tonight to go have some Greek at this new place in our area. We were excited to try it! As soon as we came in the kid behind the counter said "we're too busy and are not taking anymore orders". Doesn't say sorry or anything else. We turned around, walked out and will not try again.
Good lord lower your prices... Food is decent but not worth the cost. I'd expect high end ingredients from a $16 gyro bowl, but you just get the standard. Also, multiple fountain drinks were marked as out or were spitting out plain carbonation.
I had high hopes for this restaurant considering it's so close to my home. I asked the counter person if the chicken gyro was chicken breast. She said that is all they use for their chicken. I received the overpriced ($13.25) gyro and it was full of dark meat. I brought it back and the counter person played dumb. I sent Hubby who explained it to her. We got a refund but he had the beef/lamb gyro which he said was ok but overpriced at $12.50. We won't be back. There are too many good gyro places in the East Valley.
The food and service were terrible. My wife asked if the chicken gyro was white meat. She was told that it was. Needless to say it wasn't. The regular gyro was adequate but overpriced. Ambiance was fine. Regular quick serve. We were the only people present at lunch time
Both my children got food poisoning from eating the rice here the other night, being that they had nothing else to eat that day and I was the only one that didn't have any we narrowed it down to this. Called and talked to a manager to let them know of this and she denied that it could even be a possibility and made it seem like I was crazy and couldn't happen from their rice. I would have expected some empathy considering my children were throwing up all night but instead she took all blame off the restaurants involvement. R... read more
Let me begin by saying I'm Greek and from Chicago and know what quality Greek food should taste like. I was totally disappointed with the food. The Chicken kabobs were cooked earlier in the day and possibly reheated. They were dry and had no taste. Kabobs I'm used to are chunks of white breast meat, marinated and then grilled fresh, right to your plate. The same goes for the Gyros. This Gyros was not sliced from the spit. The meat was dry and also very little flavor. This the problem with chain restaurants. They try and imi... read more
