I really enjoy the food. The food itself is great 5 stars, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because I always ask for extra sauce on the side and get charged for it, but they always forget it ( I've ordered from here three times and all three times they forgot it). Need to start checking before i leave the place.
This was my first time at this location, I've been to the San Carlos location and it sucks. So I had low expectations but this place is close to my house so I gave in and tried it. I was blown away! I was greeted by the nicest most helpful cashier the receipt said Rodolfo I'm assuming that's him I could be wrong. But he's awesome! And the food was actually bomb! I like this spot compared to other branches I've been to. Although small, they keep their space clean and in order. The bathroom was spotless. A line was starting to form but they moved the line efficiently. My husband and I were surprised that it would be busy for lunch, but soon realized that office workers from nearby companies in the Foster City area were walking to this strip mall where there was a Chipotle, a Panda Express, and a WingStop (unsure if this was opening soon or recently closed). 4.5 stars Sandwiched between Chipotle and Panda Express is a third ethnic chain restaurant: Nick the Greek! I had the beef/lamb, chicken, and pork pitas/gyros. They are all pretty good. The only issue is the price. Everything here is very expensive. 1 gyro is $14, and their salads are just as much. It could just be me, but I find that this place is way overpriced. It could be several reasons for the high prices from costs to rent to franchise fees. Who knows, but it is way too much.
