I don't normally do this, I am not one to write reviews, but this place is so trash. The food wasn't good. They gyro wraps were half assed, and gave us some chimey ass fries. Spent over $50 for this? This is bazar. I would NOT recommend this place.

If I can give a negative star I would. Very rude staff. I ordered garlic fries and two bowls. The box for garlic fries was not closed properly when I picked it up but I didn't notice it. so when I put it in my car, it spilled all over. I drove back and talked to them and they insisted they closed the box properly and said it was my problem spilling the fries everywhere in my car. Other than the service, food was also bad. I used to go all the way yo the south just to eat this. And now they have franchise everywhere which is supposed to be a good thing. But no, I tried the one near 92 road and they put like 3 small slices of lamb/beef into my gyro, since then I stopped going to nickthegreek.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!!! After eating only a half chicken gyro a family member got violently ill and after many hours in the ER it was confirmed food poisoning from this meal. I called to report and a rep was sympathetic at first, then argumentative, then defensive with attitude. We are contacting the Health Department as I don't trust they are taking steps to identify the source of contamination after their accusatory reaction. Ordered takeout. Nothing labelled, 3 of the plates missing. Their phone line doesn't connect to a live person, so couldn't straighten it out with them.

So I had hoped for a higher rating but I found this rather disappointing but chalk it up to the fact they are a "chain" so expectations that it meets a real Greek restaurant fell a bit short. The meat was okay but rather dry and gritty. I asked them substitute the onions with more tomatoes and that did not happen, guess my spanish was not good enough. I was excited when I heard this place was opening near us, but then I was disappointed once we actually ate there. The pita bread and fries were both super dry and tasted like cardboard. The rest wasn't much better. For those prices, I'd just rather go somewhere else....

My first time at Nick the Greek restaurant. Was very disappointed. I love Avgolemono so, I ordered it. I did.mot.get Avgolemono, I got a weak chicken soup trying to be creamy but didn't make it. It also had no orzo. It was not horrible tasting if you didn't know what Avgolemono is I also ordered the pork Slovakia plate It was described as seasoned pork on a skewer. There was no seasoning.
