Placed an online order, was told would be ready in 10 min, got there 15 min later. Checked in at front. They started making my order. Ended up waiting 30 min for fast food!

Oh nooo we got fries and two of the gyro bowls and both got food poisoning, probably from the tomato/lettuce/cucumber in the bowl, but not sure. Fries looked visually unappealing but we ate a few and they tasted okay...Will not order from here again

This is what you get for $7.00 + tip at Nick's in Foster City. They should be ashamed ripping customers off like this. I'm sticking with Yummy Yogurt on El Camino. At least they fill your cup for that price. This wasn't the 1st. time this has happened. I shouldn't have to always ask to have the cup filled. Thanks, but no thank you. Maybe they should use a smaller cup as to not make the consumer feel cheated.

Love the food but very disappointed that I can no longer order food for delivery through DoorDash or other delivery services. I placed an order last week and noticed that the driver was in Redwood Shores. When I messaged with the driver, I was told that he was going another delivery, but had my food and would be heading my way soon. First and foremost - CHECK YOUR TO-GO ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! While the food is good, they were overwhelmed at the front counter and there were several people who were missing items from their order. We waited...and waited...for our to-go order. People who came in after us left before us. When I finally asked the guy in front about our order, he asked my name. Do disappointed with pita falafel out here. The falafel was not fresh. They did not add pickles despite instructions. No lettuce. They did not even have red spicy sauce. It was tasteless. The fries are literally the worst fries on Earth. Not crispy and seemed old again. Do not recommend this place at all. Very bad vegetarian veggie options.

Atrociously bland and over priced. Definitely not organic tomatoes or cucumber or lettuce cause they taste like nothing. Which is a shame for a place offering a Mediterranean palette. One should never skimp on those kind of ingredients, especially for Greek food. Falafel was also meh. this is like fast food for Greek food and an insult to the cuisine. Skip it and find a mom and pop spot that actually knows what they're doing.
I don't normally do this, I am not one to write reviews, but this place is so trash. The food wasn't good. They gyro wraps were half assed, and gave us some chimey ass fries. Spent over $50 for this? This is bazar. I would NOT recommend this place.
If I can give a negative star I would. Very rude staff. I ordered garlic fries and two bowls. The box for garlic fries was not closed properly when I picked it up but I didn't notice it. so when I put it in my car, it spilled all over. I drove back and talked to them and they insisted they closed the box properly and said it was my problem spilling the fries everywhere in my car. Other than the service, food was also bad.
