First time we ordered from NTG through DoorDash, we didn't receive an extra sauce and an order of Baklava. Very disappointed. The food we got was good, but what's the point if they can't get their orders correct.
Food came out quickly but it was almost flavorless besides the overwhelming flavor of raw onions. Not great for 13 dollars for a pita with no sides.
Ate there for the second time today. The first was during the "soft opening." Both times, we ordered a bowl and added humus (extra cost) and both times there was no humus. The first time I attributed it to being new. The second time is gross incompetence or outright theft, since there is now a pattern. The fact they charge extra and do not provide the product is especially maddening. They need to fix this stuff or they will not be around long. Also, two salads, one dressing. Why? Fix it! The service was extremely slow. I ordered a gyro combo and I saw folks behind me in line (with much bigger orders) getting their food before me. It took about 15 minutes to get my food when the restaurant was slow. I am not sure if I will go back here.
