I had my husband pick up some food from here since I know it was new I want to try it. I had the gyro plate with everything and upgraded the fries to Nick fries which were delicious. The total for my meal came out to about $19.50 which is definitely on the higher side. They give you a decent amount of gyro meat which is good. The downside is their menu states that my plate came with a side salad but when I got home and opened up my meal they forgot to put in my side salad. I was in the mood for something chicken. I saw that this new place opened up in Riverbank. I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, everyone was friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken pita. I sat down and within five minutes, a gentleman brought me my order. He also went and got me napkins and water to drink and brought it to my table. The chicken pita was excellent. Every time I eat here it's the best! The yogurt with honey and baklava is so delicious. It's a must have after a delicious gyros!

Hands down the best food! We lived in San Jose for 20 years and always went to Nick the Greek!! So happy to see in Riverbank now! Absolutely amazing food, fresh and awesome! You HAVE TO TRY THIS!! My fave is the chicken gyro but honestly everything is good! Will be a frequent happy customer!
Excellent customer service. Delicious food. Came here on opening day. Staff is very well prepared and trained. Ordered enough meals for a family of 6. Food was ready in less than 10 minutes, and they were very busy. Everything was great. Will be back.
Excellent food (had the beef/lamb gyro, beefteki gyro, chicken skewers, greek fries,) excellent service, beautiful new restaurant, and they were rocking the grand opening properly. As a Bay Area transplant I've definitely missed the convenience of having Nick the Greek close by. Thank you very much for opening one this side of the valley. Kales doulies!
Came here today for the grand opening and to be honest, free food! I would have been happy to pay for it! I had the Souvlaki Chicken Plate with rice instead of fries. I ate it all except for some of the rice and it was fabulous!! They were also handing out samples of the Frozen Greek Yogurt and it was very good too!! The chicken was moist and the tzatziki sauce was perfectly balanced and not too much dill and not too sour. It was perfect!! Nice people running the place too! I highly recommend!
