The good: Friendly and fast service, pita for my chicken pita souvlaki was good and fresh, chicken tasted like good quality and was nice and tender albeit underseasoned. The rest: Not impressed. I was glad I told them to skip the fries because apparently they put them IN the sandwich? So, instead of salting the chicken you get the salt from soggy fries?? And the mustard sauce was awful. Had to try the place after my coworker came to the shop With some chicken nick fries they were amazing so I order the lamb this time is was even better then the chicken service was fast in and out in 5 minutes definitely coming back
Very good food!! Ate here two nights in a row when I was visiting the Oakland area. Would you at here again if I return!
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I was placing a DoorDash order and called Nick the Greek in San Leandro because I needed to add items that DoorDash didn't give me the option to add. Someone answered, told me to hold, and then apparently forgot I existed. I sat there for 5-6 minutes listening to everything happening in the restaurant in the background. Nobody came back. Ordered via app and picked my Mediterranean bowl but there was no meat! I ordered with beef/lamb. Not acceptable to treat a regular customer!

Don't get the froyo or yogurt ice cream. They barely fill it, there's a huge empty hole inside, and it's only about half a cup.

Our 19th hole lunch today. The service was excellent and the restaurant felt clean. I ordered the Lamb/Beef Gyro cut in half. The item was pricey for the size of the Gyro, but what isn't pricey these days. The gyro was soggy and they must have put 2 or 3 fries inside cuz it was non-existent and I kept looking for it with each bite. I also ordered a side order of fries and it was also soggy and cold. I recently placed an order for the Mediterranean bowl, and there was an unidentified bug (possibly a moth?) in my meal. Absolutely disgusting!
If your looking for Greek food maybe don't go here. They food sub pare go to Athens Grill or Mykonks grill this come close to greek food. This coming from a Greek. The one thing they do have is pork gyro never that fake meat. You never serve mustard on the chicken kabobs

Thanks Pete for your review. A lot of people don’t know this but we can do a lot of substitutions like tzatziki instead of honey mustard on chicken gyros (that’s what I go with mine). Hope you give us another shot!
