Service is far too slow and prices are high. Place not very clean. General environment is loud and I don't care for that.

There should be negative stars on yelp. I am violently sick after eating from Nick the Greek. Something in the salad or meat was bad. I will never eat at Nick the Greek again anywhere. I pretty much just paid with hard working money to get sick. Go ahead and get food here if you like throwing up and food poisoning.

I really wanted to like this place. I have fond memories of hitting up Nick the Greek after the clubs back when I was at SJSU--perfect drunk food since it was open super late in downtown SJ, and it always hit the spot back then. But now, something just feels off. I've had the gyro fries, and they're solid. But the gyro bowl? I've tried (and failed) to replace SAJJ with it. The bowl comes with a choice of meat or falafel, basmati rice, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, red wine vinaigrette, topped with tzatziki and... read more

Our family always have enjoys their, however if you are paying cash you can't use a hu deed dollar bill. On weekends banks are closed and one only gets 20s or hundreds plus it's extremely easy for a family to four meals with drinks and their total is close to 100 bucks.

Decided to give Nick the Greek another chance. Went here for dinner and ordered the chicken gyro combo and I got cold fries. Plus, they forgot my drink and had to be given upon request. The cooks were very loud and disruptive during dinner. The front cashiers looked very uncomfortable and angry at the cooks too.

2 Stars for the restaurant's cleanliness, friendly staff & baklava. I love Greek food so I was so happy this placed opened up down the street from my work. The restaurant is very clean. The staff were all super friendly and thanked me several times for coming in. Ordered: Beef/Lamp Gyro Pita combo with a side salad, balaclava, and a Diet Pepsi I'm not a fan of french fries so I asked for none in my gyro but the kind lady Jasmine asked if I wanted them on the side so I said "Sure Why Not." Over all the gyro was good. Ev... read more

I wanted to like this place but the ambiance is terrible. Music so loud you can't enjoy your meal. I shouldn't have to listen to ads while eating out. I should say the food is pretty good. Basically a Chipotle formula, but Greek.
