So... This is what I'll say... This is my second time coming to this place and they haven't disappointed me yet. As a matter of fact, the only disappointment I feel is in myself for not taking pictures of the food before I ate. This was an online order. (See update below) I ordered a veggie bowl with mushrooms and zucchini and the zucchini had a foul taste as if it was spoiled. It was mixed in with the mushrooms so I ended up throwing the bowl out. I eat zucchini regularly and it should not taste the way it did. This was frustrating especially because this place is pricey. I tried to call to get a refund on my veggie bowl, and no one answered even though they're open. Very good place to eat ! Chicken gyro bowl is 10 out of 10... sooo good the pita bread is seasoned and really good ! Definitely recommend Nick the Greek !
God dog, I forget the name of the fries but they have feta and green onions and some more stuff. That alone gets the five stars for sure! The food is very tasty and good, presentable, and appetizing. The beautiful staff here are very professional and easy to talk with. I will definitely be back for more!
Love this little spot!! The food is sooooo delicious!! The Greek yogurt with baklava and honey is one of the best I've eaten in a long time!!
My husband ordered the beef/lamb gyro, it was tasty but he was disappointed it didn't come with lettuce & very few tomatoes. I ordered the gyro salad. I probably should have paid more attention to the menu description because it doesn't come with any veggies or feta on it. Thankfully the nice girl behind the counter was more than happy to accommodate & gave me the veggies for no additional charge. Ordered through DoorDash. Food was flavorful and big portions! Got the skewers, chicken bowl and hummus dip! Yum!
I had Nick's fries and they were the bomb! It was a large order of fries covered in yummy Greek toppings (sorry I can't remember exactly what they put on them).
I've eaten here twice at the Elk Grove and Vacaville locations. I got the Gyro Bowls at both: one with beef/lamb and the other chicken. Both have been delicious. The meat is always cooked perfectly and the chicken is tender and juice with char. I like the mix of salad and rice and red wine vinegar. You almost don't even need the tzatziki or spicy yogurt sauce.
