The service was very unpleasant and rude. The older white man who was taking our order was extremely condescending and made ordering extremely difficult. We have never experienced such a rude interaction at this restaurant before. The food is amazing as always. I would rather order online to pick up than have another rude interaction with that man. Honestly I would hope the management would look into this because it really does leave an impact on the customer.
Amazing food. We're traveling out of town and decided to stop by for Greek food, great decision. Had the steak pita and Nick's fries. Highly recommend!

Nick the Greek is a staple to have in any city but is a must try in Castro valley! crew is friendly restaurant Very Clean & Food is Great

Maybe I am biased because I love Mediterranean food, but the Gyro Bowl was delicious! My kids shred the Gyro Fries, and they were also top notch. My wife had a wrap, and she enjoyed it as well. The server was very nice and helpful, I said "Thanks Nick" he laughed and replied "almost" implying that wasn't his name, and he was a good sport about it. The music feels authentic to the Mediterranean, and there wasn't the typical holiday/Christmas music playing like most places in December. 5*s

Great salads! Generous sizes too! I especially enjoyed the Greek salads! And the service was fast as well.

Fast casual Greek food to the rescue!! Finally something new in the "fast casual" food category!! The food is fresh and the quality is excellent! Castro Valley Village location is a great place to stop for lunch or takeout on the way home after work!! Only negative is parking! If The Village is busy, it would be hard to find parking nearby the restaurant!
