It took us a year to get around trying this place and we are glad we did. The shopping center has plenty of parking. The restaurant was super clean. The service was friendly and great, and food came out really fast! And as others mentioned, there's so much!! The lamb/beef gyro plate came with pita bread, fries and salad. The salad had a light vinegarette and was frsh and refreshing. The gyro was well seasoned, sliced thin and delicious. The pita bread was grilled and had a nice crunch. The gyro wrap had the delicious meat... read more
Yummy! First time at Nick's, this location recommended by a friend. Fresh food, good flavor, large portion for a good price. I had a bowl and it was shared by two people. Also really enjoyed the warm pita bread. The young lady at the counter was also very polite and helpful with the menu.
Its okay. A little overpriced for greek fast food. I paid a total of $35.00 for two beef Gyros and a side of french fries. I added a 15% as a tip for take out which was the only option other than zero. I noticed they included taxes in the 15% tip. Seems like a lot of nickel and diming going on and overall its just not worth $35-$40 for fast food for two people.
It was OK. Worth trying, especially since the choices on Clayton Rd. are dismal. We had the chicken gyro plate. The salad was decent as was the chicken. Seems like they could add a little more breast meat and make it more flavorful. But not bad overall.
Super yummy greek food. And always friendly service helping us figure out what we would enjoy the most!
I recently saw this place and tried it out. Loved their food. It was filling and yummy. The chicken gyro pita had good sauce inside with a good ratio of meat. Also I tried Souvlaki chicken plate and it was so tasty with a very good portion of meat. Tried their side of fries and it was okay. The dessert Baklava didn't hit the mark. My final verdict is five stars to both chicken gyro and chicken souvlaki plate.
Had the beef/lamb Gyro Plate. It was phenomenal. Also got a side order of Hummus/pita. Hummus was great, but the pita a little dried out. I prefer a soft pita. The service was good. It will definitely be a place I'll frequent often!
Absolutely five star all the way. I love this new location of Nick the Greek at Clayton. The service is always fast, the staff are very friendly and super helpful, and most importantly, the food here is always fresh, delicious and the quality is consistent. This is certainly my go-to location of Nick the Greek. The restaurant is located within the Clayton Valley Shopping Center (it's an outdoor plaza), so parking is super easy and plenty. Not only the food is delicious, Nick the Greek often provides promotion, discount deals... read more
My first time!! We got lunch togo I got the pork belly bowl, SIL got the falafel bowl, and hubby got chicken gyro. We all said what great flavor and seasoning. Plenty of food , very generous servings. I liked that there was a good amount of salad in the bowl. We will be back.
