Recently learned about Nick The Greek and ate there for the first time last weekend. My husband and I both ordered a gyro bowl (chicken and beef/lamb), Baklava, and pita bread with hummus. The gyro bowl portions were generous and everything we ate was delicious! We were very impressed and will definitely return the next time we're in Elk Grove. I highly recommend Nick The Greek for great food at a reasonable price!
I don't know why I've avoided Greek food for so long, because it's sooo good. Everything goes soooo well together. The warm pita bread, the juicy and flavorful pork belly, the sauce & the veggies. The fries were different in a way that I can't explain, but they were good. Every bit was so yummy. The staff were kind. The restaurant was clean. They have a lot of tables and chairs available. The food came out timely. Really no complaints here. I will have to come back again and try more.
I visited Nick The Greek on Sunday, 1/14/24, around noon for lunch. I decided to order the Chicken Gyro Bowl for takeout. The bowl was flavorful, fresh, and light. I truly enjoyed it. The customer service was quick and pleasant. I recommend coming here for tasty Greek food. I will be returning to this Nick The Greek location whenever I am in the area.
Swung by today for some gyros. They were really good. The added fries inside the gyro was a nice touch. The Greek yogurt with honey and baklava was good too. The sweetness paired well with the tartness of the yogurt. And above all that, the people there were super friendly. A+ service.
This is easily becoming a family favorite! The cashier Evan is so friendly and he is so helpful when we order. All of his recommendations have been spot on. I love that there are vegetarian option as well. Definitely 5 stars!!!
Excellent fresh and tasty no matter which nick to Greek you go to be at Sacramento elk Grove or any other locations throughout California get their Greek french fries you'll not be let down and also the ice cream with baklava is excellent

Love that this place is finally in my hometown! I enjoy coming here when I need my quick fix of Mediterranean food! Such good quality of food that will fill you up. Definitely one of the go-to spots!
Haven't dined in at Nick The Greek yet, but order take out. Ordered the Beef & Lamb Gyro with no extras like side and or a drink. So the meal was about $12. I like the unique touch of adding french fries to the Gryo; from pictures alone it looks pretty bomb. Adding fries seem to be a popular thing here, ultimately making a dish "Californian" by adding fries. The fries definitely add a nice crispiness to the traditional Gyro.
