Order a Gyro Bowl with beef and lamb and hummus and pita. The hummus is so so good. The Gyro Bowl is really good too. I am coming back. Thx!

So so so glad they finally opened a nick the Greek here in EG! I used to live in SF and would always get nick the Greek in westlake. Now I'm so happy they finally got one here. Food is good and also not long of a wait. Staff is friendly and it's never packed. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
This place is consistent when it comes to freshness and flavor. Tried the Nick fries with chicken gyro meat. I would have liked to have more sauce, but you get a lot of fries with it.
This review is about this location in particular. A while ago I would have gave this location 4stars. Now it's only getting 3. I'm not sure if ownership or management changed but whatever happened is definitely noticeable. When I went I was greeted by a young man, it was just an okay interaction, nothing spectacular. We always order on line to take home. Food is always very good. The staff are always very friendly and store very clean.
I visited Nick The Greek hoping for a tasty meal since I always drive past and never had the chance to try the food. The service was friendly and the ordering process was quick, which I appreciated. The food wasn't as flavorful as I expected. The dishes were alright, but nothing really stood out or felt special compared to other places I've tried. Portions were decent and the menu has good variety, but I ended up feeling like I could get a more satisfying gyro or bowl elsewhere.
Amovi & Evan were great. Appreciated Evan making sure the cooks new about my gif allergy & even double checked. Love Avovi's wonderful smile and energy. The new Mediterranean bowls are delicious, full of great flavor and textures. Love that you get to pick the protein from a wide variety.
