Terrible service! and rude ass customer service! they made us wait 38 minutes for 3 froyo. My first time ordering it and I didn't like mine so i wanted to exchange or return one! the mexican guy chef in the back got so rude with us and was having a attitude and they made us wait 23 min to attend to us again. I told them i didn't like the froyo and they took it back but never gave my money back for it or anything back in return to compensate for the money i paid for the froyo. Unfortunately I have to update this review with 1 less star because of our recent experience. There's a new item on their menu, which is prominently shown on their website and in their store: Mediterranean steak bowls. We ordered 2 steak bowls online along with a few other items, which I paid for during the ordering process. When I went to pick up my order, I'm told they don't have the steak bowls, even though there's a huge display of it in the store.
