Terrible service! and rude ass customer service! they made us wait 38 minutes for 3 froyo. My first time ordering it and I didn't like mine so i wanted to exchange or return one! the mexican guy chef in the back got so rude with us and was having a attitude and they made us wait 23 min to attend to us again. I told them i didn't like the froyo and they took it back but never gave my money back for it or anything back in return to compensate for the money i paid for the froyo. Unfortunately I have to update this review with 1 less star because of our recent experience. There's a new item on their menu, which is prominently shown on their website and in their store: Mediterranean steak bowls. We ordered 2 steak bowls online along with a few other items, which I paid for during the ordering process. The gyro was bland and filled with fries! The side order of fries was too drenched with their sauce.
Got a chicken plate today and it was gross. Bits of plastic in the rice. A Beasley piece of onion and slice of tomato as the salad. A tiny bit of chicken and mostly rice and pitta. Tasted bland and dry. Go somewhere else, not worth 20 bucks with tip for pick up.
Ordered a chicken gyro and pulled RAW chicken out of my mouth! Manager never even returned my call.
Nothing wrong with this individual shop, just don't like the food, menu or prices. Mediterranean food is supposed to be healthy, simple, and fresh. Everything here is the opposite. Paid 20 dollars for a gyro and fries and drink, felt like a rip off.
Today I ordered the falafel pita and the pita bread was hard/crisp around the edges and tough throughout. Falafel was also hard. Maybe overcooked or stale. Each time I come to this location I am disappointed so albeit to say that this is my last time coming here. I've been to other locations such as Union City and South San Francisco. The food at these locations are fresh and full of flavor and they don't skimp on the fillings. The kids (employees) at the Fremont location seem to just hang out and chatter. Food was terrible. Twice as much onion than chicken. I would suggest driving to Campbell to Yiasu. Nick is not real Greek food. Service was terrible. I wasted my money twice. Two locations and the same thing. The chicken became a garnish. It was to be the star of the show.
I had a terrible experience at this location. I placed an over $500 phone order the day before a big hospital event that I was providing lunch for. I spoke the the employee and asked for the food to be ready at 11:45am the following day. I arrived at 11:45am and asked about my order. I was told by one of the girls working the register that the order was being worked on.
