I bought the pork Souvlaki plate; unfortunately, this pork must have been pre-cooked and then reheated because when I got it, it was so dry and tough it was like chewing on Old leather with no flavor AND to top that off, my salad had no feta cheese on it. This was not authentic Greek food
It was ok I guess just super salty and didn't have anything special to make me want to go back
Way overcooked it was cooked the way over and stuff it was like eating leather cold way overpriced come on
The food is overpriced and nothing to write home about. Honestly, if it was cheaper, I would give it more than two stars, but it's not worth the cost.
Yesterday I stopped in for dinner. The cashier didn't ask me if I had a rewards account. I do. I was very hungry and don't eat here regularly so I didn't think to mention it. When I asked her after sitting down, she said, no, she can't do anything about my meal not being on my rewards account. Further annoying is that their rewards account doesn't print a tally of points. I was excited about this location opening as I had enjoyed this franchise in the Bay Area. I've now eaten here 4- times and will not be going back, and it has nothing to do with food, which is good. They are terrible about allowing any modifications to your food. An example, the chicken and beef/lamb gyro are the same price, the chicken is served with lettuce on it, the beef/lamp has french fries on it. Also I said no tomatoes and there is tomatoes. Bad service. So I ordered my food and there was about 8 people behind me in line and ordered their food after me. And they got their food before me and was eating before I got mine to go. For that note I will not be coming here. I should have received my order before they even sat down. They were barely sitting down and they got their food and I was still waiting. around 530 on Mother's Day
Not worth the hype .. I was super excited to try this restaurant after seeing that it was coming soon for the longest time. I tried it last Friday early evening and was appalled by how unprofessional and difficult the person who took my order was ..I don't think all back be back just due to the poor customer service here.
Picked up dinner for the family a few weeks ago. Such a disappointment for the long anticipated wait to open... Portions are really small and the food was okay at BEST. I wouldn't recommend this spot if you're craving Mediterranean food as I've had much better in the area. Giving two stars because I feel bad just giving one.
