Tried this establishment due to reviews. Very disappointed. Rice was old & dry, falafel's cold. Salad was great! Don't go on a day after a holiday.
Really just, meh. To quote a famous line, "Where's the beef?!?" Ordered a steak wrap that had a few pieces of meat in there. Steak didn't taste like it was just cooked. Overall, flavors were bland. I usually like Mediterranean food so I may go back and give them another try. But, not anytime soon.
I used to love this place until I realized that every single piece of pita bread comes with hair/fuzz attached. No matter how many different times I order, there will be fuzz on the pita bread. It's the strangest thing! In person, DoorDash, etc.. fuzz stuck to the pita bread. I am assuming it's due to gloves that the employees might wear? Either way cant go back.

Let's start with the food. Rice was excellent, fluffy with good flavor. My chicken skewers on the other were absolutely tasteless. Seriously dissatisfied. Service was quick and polite as it should be. As far as ambiance there wasn't any but it was really clean.
Really loved this place the first time I tried it. Ordered a chicken bowl on Doordash & i bit into a piece of plastic. What a waste didnt want to finish it in case there was more. Bummer
The food is consistently good. I have eaten here several times, and seen various chefs working the back. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. Spicy yogurt sauce is unique and definitely worth a try. I get the spicy yogurt sauce every time now. Customer/ counter service is extremely depressing. No matter a customer's mood, the response is dull. I ordered nicks fries with chicken. The chicken was almost all gristle. Every bite was so gross. Chicken was gray. Fries were very soggy. I threw away almost the entire plate. I regret taking any bites at all. Was that yesterday's chicken? Gross gross gross
Undercooked pale fries, suspect looking soggy chicken. I'll stick to the non chain who care about their ingredients and quality.
