Terrible "side portions" as well as, being able to make it cheaper, better and faster. Very disappointed in what could have been a great experience
online ordering was great and easy. food was ready for pick up before the estimated time. pick up was quick and easy. not much customer service but they got the work done. food is were it failed. chicken gyro was not the move. the only saving grace was the pita, lettuce and onions were not prepped consistently there were large chunks of onion, like abnormally large. the chicken was the driest most flavorless chicken i've had from an fast food / restaurant in a long long while. for 13$ i would skip it all together. i would ra... read more
Very disappointed, they give less quantity when to ask to make it "to go" compared when you are "eating at the restaurant", also recent order had a long hair in the chicken. Very disappointed
Didn't order anything. Why? No takeout menus available....plus $12.50 for ...a burger?...a wrap? You're joking, right? For SELF-SERVICE FAST FOOD...when there's an inflation still going on?? As if that wern't enough, a classless container stands on the counter labelled "Know what "pita" is spelled backwards?" All that takes nerve. So no thanks, we'll make it at home! :-P
Did not have a great experience, the cashier lady was rude it was very obvious she does not like her job. The food sad to say because I have been looking forward go trying it and it was nothing what I expected ordered the chicken gyro has absolutely no flavor .. also the fries were soggy and overly salted . Total waste of money . =/
Did not received the salad we ordered got a Greek salad when we ordered a gyro salad. The box of fries were not full and undercooked. Also the chicken in the salad was very skimpy.
The service was horrible 15 minutes for ice cream with no customers other than myself placing an order the manager was just sitting there instead of helping his employee who was on the phone with a customer I would not recommend this place
I'll bump up 1 star from my previous review for taste of the food but was disappointed this evening. Ordered the Gyro Salad with chicken. Usually there is a good bit of chicken that covers the salad with several layers. Tonight's salad had a smattering of meat. The greens themselves usually have a nice dose of dressing that always pools up in the bottom of the bowl when I'm finished. Tonight the bowl was bone dry and the greens were only lightly coated.
