Arnold “Arni” Cohen opened the doors to the flagship restaurant in 1965 at Market Square Shopping Center in Lafayette. Originally seating a little over 100 people, within 10 years Arni’s at Market Square was one of the largest and most successful restaurants in Indiana, with seating for almost 500 patrons. Great Food! My friend & I split a small pizza & had 2 salads, all of which were tasty! The only negatives would be that it took a while both to get our orders taken and to get our food, partly due to the fact that it did get busy there.
Nice Place for Employee Group Lunch Reservations are easy to make and they are always ready for us. Waitresses always on top of it and do not seem frazzled at all by the larger groups....always friendly and provide the best of service.
Food was very good but soup Food was very good but soup was delivered to the table warm not hot. The 4 people who order it did not ask for it to be heated since they were hungry and didn't want to wait. If I had ordered the soup I would have sent it back to be warmed. Rest of the food was very good.
Many folks don't realize that Arni's restaurants (a local chain, BTW) is actually a Pizza King franchisee. ..... So if you like Pizza King pizza, great sandwiches, and AWESOME salads (The Arni's Senior is HUGE), and a nice bar, you'll undoubtedly love this place. .... Any place that has a Indian Chief motorcycle hanging form the ceiling has got my recommendation!!
Being from Lafayette, Arnis is a staple you always have to have when going home! Not anymore, Arnis is right down the street! Always quality food at a fair price. Try the Arnis Jr. Salad, you won't be dissapointed!
Picked this restaurant for gluten free menu. Pizza (which is an Udi's crust) breadsticks and soup was the menu. I ordered chicken and rice soup which was cream based. Glad I asked for a double check of the ingredients- it was NOT gluten free. Not an apology from the manager or server and I had to ask for the soup to be taken off the bill. The server was definitely the worst server ever!! The Manager knew the server was bad and would not make eye contact with out table. Apps where good pizza ok, cheesesteak and Strombol was nasty. Please do not eat here. We dine out three times per week and this place is horrible.

Very, Very Noisy Since this restaurant is so open, the noise level was so loud that, even sitting close to my friend, I could not hear her.
