I love Nick the Greek but I may have come too soon as the portions were so small. I hope they're still trying to get the hang of things w/their staff. We got 2 gyros and they seemed to skimp on the filling. It was a very skinny gyro and finished it in a few bites. It was honestly more like a snack and I was still hungry. The froyo w/baklava was also a bit disappointing, again the portion size was small and the cup could have been filled more. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. parking can be tricky.
I had the beef and lamb gyro.The beef was dry but the lamb was good. Needed more tziki sauce. French fries in a gyro? Never in a traditional gyro and I have eaten a lot of them. The French fries tasted good but not crispy. Don't go here if you want a traditional gyro.
The store is neat and clean. The people working there were kind and helpful. I was impressed with how efficient they were considering that they have not been open for a long time. Now the best part. The food was excellent I really liked the side salad it was well balanced. My family tried a plethora of different foods and everyone loved what they ordered. Been here three times since they opened. Food has been delicious every time. Staff is still learning so patience is key but they have been friendly and accommodating. I would recommend trying the burger or the beef and lamb gyro. If you are trying to stay away from carbs the Mediterranean bowl is a good choice.
This place is Great ! Sam and his staff are working hard to bring fresh !!! Food and a clean environment. I had the beef and lamb gyro and chopped salad adding a chicken skewer. Loved it !! Great Flavor. Give this spot a try .. you won't be disappointed.
Visited Nick the Greek in Tracy with friends and had a great experience. They were very busy but the staff stayed efficient, friendly, and attentive. Food was fresh and tasted great. The restaurant is big with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend checking it out -- I've already been back twice!
New location is very nice! Food is mind blowing. Perfect taste. We loved the service and employees greated us well. Plently of sitting arrangement. The place is clean and welcoming! This will be our next go to dinning place.
Today was THE GRAND OPENING energy was there, & the food was amazing. The ambiance was cheerful overall it was worth the wait. The service was incredible! Super friendly and welcoming I loved the fact that the girls were always smiling and ready to help definitely can't wait to go back and grab more good food!
Place was dirty when we came in and there were a bunch of flies everywhere. I really like Nick The Greek but this location is not it.
