If I am ever craving baklava frozen greek yogurt..I know exactly where to go! Nick the Greek serves a variety of mouthwatering Greek entrees and appetizers. The Greek salad is PACKED with fresh produce and a delightful dressing. We always order a lamb bowl with rice and fresh veggies. Nick the Greek is also known for their wraps and loaded fries...but you HAVE to try their baklava ice cream. Food was pretty good and seemed to be quality. However I didn't find the pita bread great. The staff talking the order was below average. Nice atmosphere and I love the spacious outdoor seating area. Music was a little loud indoors.
They served my wife RAW chicken. When I called and returned they seemed to not really care other than the cook. He was the only one to half way apologize. Tried to take a picture for my record and was only able to snag a bad photo before they took it in a hurry. No refund, half assed apology and raw food. Don’t waste your time. Better food anywhere else.
We catered Nick the Greek for our 10-year high school reunion. We ordered three Olympus platters for about 90 people, and it was more than enough for light bites. It was super helpful that the platters come with a variety of options, so we could get enough food for people with different dietary restrictions. The team was very helpful and accommodating to ensure that 1) we ordered the right amount and 2) we could keep everything warm throughout the event. This is the BEST FOOD in KCMO. Fresh, delicious, filling, healthy enough. I love the beef/lamb and the rice is bomb. I even eat the whole salad because it's scrumptious and clean. Also appreciate the owner Arthur- he's a sweet guy. The Greek soda is nice too I enjoyed the lemon-lime. The service is fantastic. Highly recommend take-out as well.
