This was my first visit to this location. The eatery was clean, well lit (large windows provided great natural lighting on a sunny day) and with good parking. The food quality was positively consistent with other Nick the Greek locations I have tried; the fries (as always) being the star of the show. I don't recommend Nick the Greek if you don't have time for a short wait; this is food fast, not fast food. That gyro was so on point! They put some of their season fries on it, which just elevated the flavor. Plus the falafels were light and fluffy with a slight spice to them. It was quiet inside, but they were still busy with lots of to go and dash orders. It was a great experience all around!
If I am ever craving baklava frozen greek yogurt..I know exactly where to go! Nick the Greek serves a variety of mouthwatering Greek entrees and appetizers. The Greek salad is PACKED with fresh produce and a delightful dressing. We always order a lamb bowl with rice and fresh veggies. Nick the Greek is also known for their wraps and loaded fries...but you HAVE to try their baklava ice cream. Food was pretty good and seemed to be quality. However I didn't find the pita bread great. The staff talking the order was below average. Nice atmosphere and I love the spacious outdoor seating area. Music was a little loud indoors.
This is the BEST FOOD in KCMO. Fresh, delicious, filling, healthy enough. I love the beef/lamb and the rice is bomb. I even eat the whole salad because it's scrumptious and clean. Also appreciate the owner Arthur- he's a sweet guy. The Greek soda is nice too I enjoyed the lemon-lime. The service is fantastic. Highly recommend take-out as well.
