OK, I've been making Gyros, (E-U-ROS, NOT G-YROS) for 30 years. Was paid for 10 Summers at Karavomilos Beach Camping, Kefalonia, Greece. Did my internship when I finished at Le Cordon Bleu. Making Baklava, same thing. I ordered through Doordash, wanted those lovely fresh flavors of the Tzatziki, the cucumber, dill, lemon juice, roasted garlic, and FRESH Greek yogurt....The pork, and that is traditional for a Gyro, was dry, old, and not sure how it was reheated. I had the falafel and chicken plate and it was terrible. The chicken was cooked normally but you can tell it had no seasoning, the flavor came from the charred parts. The falafel was the worst thing I've ever had I don't know if you can even call this a falafel. The inside was entirely green and it tasted like a zucchini. This is not what a falafel is meant to taste like. The rice was bland and the fries are old. Food was below average. Nothing was Greek about it. The hot sauce was the best part of my entire meal.
Ordered a Gyro and the pita was dry and hard. The 4 french fries that were on top were soggy and cold. There was so much sauce that the ingredients weren't recognizable. Not edible, and not returning to try again.
I've been here three times, never had an issue. I stop in today and get chicken salad instead of the usual gyro and it's so dry. I can't even eat it.
The lower half of the serving was soaked with a clear liquid. That seems unsanitary to me, potentially a health hazard. There was no apology from you or your staff, rather a very defensive attitude. I took the picture immediately when I discovered the problem with the food on 1/26. My father is critically ill and I did not have time to come to your restaurant until yesterday. Yes, "comping" the meal is as the right thing to do, but treating me rudely was unnecessary.

Hello Maria, I’m sorry about your experience. You came in regarding an order from 1/26/24, which was over a week ago. My staff apologized and brought it to my attention to which I offered to comp your next meal. Apologizing and offering a comped meal is something I don’t mind doing, as we are loyal to our customers and hold ourselves to a high standard. I’m sorry what was offered wasn’t to your standard.
I don't recommend this place if you're a vegetarian or if you're trying to be healthy. I got the veggie wrap I asked for no fries, but still they were put on there. What I was not expecting though, is how saturated in oil my vegetables were. In my opinion it was inedible they were so greasy. It made the wrap all soggy too. Waste of $15. Along with all of that, the girl at the front wrapping the food just stood there with her hands in her pockets while food was being put up. Food is good but the service sucks!!! That 3 ladies are so rude I just ask for extra sauce and they started looking at each other and the other one just roll her eyes while eating her fries

Hello Jessica, My understanding is that you had ordered a plate and after receiving your food you just stood at the counter without addressing any of my employees. It’s hard for them to assist when they aren’t asked. When they addressed you all you said was “side sauce.” Your plate does come with a side sauce and usually we would charge extra for more. But not being specific with what you are asking doesn’t help us assist to our fullest so I apologize if you thought they came off as rude.
When we entered there was lots of people standing around waiting for their food. Quickly realized the reason no one was sitting at the many empty tables is because none had been cleared. This did not deter me as love good Greek food so pressed forward to the counter and ordered a chicken souvlaki plate and gyros plate. The receipt indicated our order was placed at 1:18 pm.
