Absolutely atrocious.....whatever "good" reviews this place has gotten is either by bots, friends, or family of the owners! Pits came like Frisbee hard and throwable not EDIBLE, hummus tasted like days old and definitely wasn't fresh. Gyro bowls were ordered with All Sauces on the Side and extra tiziki sauce......gyro bowls came with NO SAUCES AT ALL! TRIED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NOONE EVER ANSWERS! DO NOT WASYE A DIME ON THIS RIP OFF JOINT
Extremely disappointed with our order. We ordered three gyros and fries, and every single gyro was wrong. All were missing key ingredients, and the meat was overcooked and dry. One gyro even came with everything on it after we specifically removed several items -- it felt like no one paid attention to the order details at all. For the price, the quality and accuracy were unacceptable. The fries were soggy, and the whole meal was a waste. If this is how they handle takeout orders, I'd hate to see what dine-in service is like... read more
This place is really strange. We came here from across town for "Greek" food and our food was literally raw and uncooked. We asked for them to remake it and they only speak Spanish. They couldn't understand a word. The guy at the front was kind and helpful, and he tried to explain it to the cooks but they were struggling to understand a word of English. Then we went back out to our car to eat only to find our Greek salad was completely covered in parsley. A ton of parsley in a Greek salad... Bazaar. Then they gave us the wro... read more
Ordered chicken gyro bowl. When I got home and opened it noted pink mushy looking object which was piece of raw chicken. My partner confirmed this finding. Returned to restaurant and showed this to clerk. I asked if he was willing to eat this food and he admitted to the negative. He also indicated it looked like raw chicken . He would not give me managers phone to discuss this finding and indicated I could not get refund. He gave me bogus phone number for unknown person who didn't answer and had message in Spanish. I'll neve... read more
I asked for no onions and no lettuce and no sauce but it still was wrong and i asked for refund and was told i needed receipt which of course i may have thrown it in trash so please Make order accordingly to customers request.
This place is insanely HOT. Turn on the AC. I understand savings but geez. It's like the heater is on. With these big windows please consider how much the sun heat goes through them. It's hard to eat with this heat . The guys all Have great customer service . I'm not disappointed in food. Jst the heat
I ordered four gyro. I wanted for fries on the side. Yes, those are the fries on the side. They're like a joke. And they're spoiled and stale. I would never eat them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. By the way, a tiny gyro costs over 14 dollars.
I go there sometimes. I like the food, but it's never consistent. Every time I go, the prices are different, my falafe pital is different every time. It's big, it's small. 9ne day I went in and it was really great. Big and delicious. I bought home a salad for my husband. I spent $40.09 bucks, a lot of money, but they were both great. Today, my falafel pita was smaller. My husband's salad was smaller. Hardly any chicken on the chicken skewer. The kid on the register was on hus cell phone the entire time, texting or w... read more
Finding myself in the area, this was the closest gyro shop. Ordered, but no soup for me, as it was discontinued. The Pepsi machine was overpressureized, spraying my shirt. Fries limp, greasy but kind of tasty. The gyro was the worst of my life; been eating gyros since the early seventies. The meat had no trace of char, was flaccid and completely tasteless. Fresh crisp onions?; none. Feta cheese?; none. Tomatoes?; probably less than a tablespoon what looked like shredded skins. Tzatziki sauce was watery, like a diluted sala... read more
