I discovered Nick the Greek in San Jose and instantly became a fan so when I learned the Long Beach location was open, I had to visit. The food taste just as good as the San Jose location. The staff is nice. Restaurant is clean and spacious. I've visited twice so far and I will continue to go back. Be sure to get the greek fries yumm yumm

We absolutely adore this place! Our first time having Nick the Greek was in Newport but that's like an hour drive just for Greek food, which we're ashamed to admit but we've made that drive for food before lol. Anyway, so when this place opened up we were SOOOO HAPPY!!!! Their food is consistently good and we recommend all of their food items. Service was good and the layout was really neat. The wrap I ordered was deliciously good. Chicken meat and sauce were exceptional. I never like a dry wrap or sandwich and this was dripping with excellence. Even the yogurt was to die for. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but you get my tastebuds

Came here with my buds to have a good time and came out having a great time. Food was delicious and the dessert was amazing. Customer service was excellent. Definitely coming back soon.

Food is good, service is a bit confused and slow. Ordered two gyro pitas and two sides of fries to go. Ten minutes later, the fries and one gyro came out -- and sat on the counter for seven minutes waiting for the second gyro. Sandwiches were fine; the fries were cold and soggy by the time I got home..

What a great surprise. I stopped in last week for the first time, and what a delicious lunch! I had the beef/lamb gyro pita. It was delicious! I am from New York and grew up on gyro's that were top notch. Since this place opened, I had wanted to check it out and I'm glad I did. They did a fantastic job with the decor. I need to come back to try a meal, but I did stop by on my first visit to try their frozen Greek yogurt. I added baklava and honey to it. The froyo is a great portion, with great ratios of froyo to baklava and honey. I absolutely loved it! It was perfectly balanced between the tart froyo and the sweet baklava and honey. On that note, do be aware the froyo is true and actual froyo - it's tart with a hint of sweetness, so if that's not your thing, this won't be either.
