Delicious! At first I was sad that the old Pietris spot was being replaced. But after trying Nick the Greek I have to say I wish this place came sooner! This place immediately takes the cake as one of the best med/greek spots in the area. The pita was SO meaty and the fries and veggies provide different textures that really make it. I will say that I got the combo and the fries were pretty soggy as a full side. Had dinner here on our first night in California. Tasted amazing and the portions were generous to say the least. It was busy for a Saturday night, however, we were not locals, so perhaps this is normal. Either way, the food was good.

This place is extremely average. Not bad, but not that good either. A little overpriced as well. Also putting fries in the gyro in order to skimp on meat was annoying. It's not bad, but definitely forgettable. With how many good restaurants there are on 2nd street, I don't see this place lasting long.

This place was a pleasant surprise! Right off the bat, the employees were nice and personable and also made great recommendations. The food was great, we got the gyro and slouvaki plates, and thought the food was very well seasoned and flavorful. We also got baklava, but tbh didn't really enjoy it, thought it was way too cinnamon forward, however the main meal made up for it. We are visiting along Beach area and saw the Nick the Greek looks enticing and very clean. We ordered Lamb Gyros; meat was very tasty and not chewy - you an really tell that this is freshly made which you can actually see the cooks making your food, you can watch them make your food, exciting. I decided to try this out for a late lunch today. Menu is simple and not overwhelming. Ordering went quick. I did take out and had my food within 10 minutes of ordering. The staff was very attentive as they made sure I had not been waiting long for my order. Items ordered: Pork belly Gyro- great portion size. Enough to fill up a hungry male adult. Great flavor. Great service, great food, great people! We've been here 3 times since opening. Have had the gyro, bowl and the Greek frozen yogurt with baklava. All delicious!
