Great Greek takeout! Everything tasted great. If you're not familiar with this area just know that parking can be a little bit of a challenge at lunch time.
I was traveling thru this area and wanted GOOD food for lunch. I found Nick the Greek and had to find my way there. I was not disappointed! Everything is fresh, extremely tasty, and plentiful portions. I miss great Greek food, and this is my new " go-to", even if it is 32 miles from home.
This review is for the food only since I ordered through doordash. A solid 5/5. I ordered the bowl with falafel, no feta or tomato with a side of the gyro meat. The bowl portion size was great. They got my order exactly right, which is surprising honestly because there have been so many times I've ordered food with minor changes and they usually just ignore it and make the food like a regular order. The pork belly gyro is legit, the service is good and the portion as are great as well
A nice change from the usual places around Newport. The fries in the gyro were a fun and delicious surprise. The garlic fries were absolutely fantastic! Next time I'll try the baklava...it looked homemade and buttery!
I would've taken a picture of my gyro, but I scarfed it down because it was so good. I had the beef/lamb one, and they put fries in it too, which I was weary about at first, but they were a great touch! The service was good, and the food came out quickly. I will come back here for sure!

This is a great option for Greek. Fast and always great tasting. My wife is an avid Greek fan and even she approves.
I ordered Nick the Greek through DoorDash. I had never tried it previous to this. Portion size was definitely solid and the ingredients were fresh. It was a tasty meal. I do wish the bowl was less oily. I was hoping it was a healthier option but it was really oily. I guess it still is fairly healthy compared to other fast food options. It is most certainly filling and the protein was definitely there. I would order again for a fast easy meal.
