i love this place . the food is amazing for the price specially Service is excellent. I ordered the bowl and requested a crispy pork. The bowl order is perfect mix of salad, rice and meat of choice. I am happy to hear that they are opening a new place on Pelandale soon..
Let me start off with the positives- Food is amazing, and the service is just as great on most days. My only complaint, and reason why I gave 3 stars is because I had to tell the girl at the register, that she shouldn't be touching the food with the gloves she used to touch money. People could get really sick from this. It's basic food safety.She seemed bothered by it, or maybe inconvenienced. Please train your employees to not touch the food with the same gloves they handle payments. Thanks...
Sorry I'd love to say it was a place I'd return to but sorry not as tasty as I would like. I love Mediterranean food but I think it's missing that oomph. I think I ordered online from there and wasn't impressed either. Staff were nice but it was the lack of flavor that got me.

First time here. First time to this chain. The service was A+. So accommodating and answered any questions without making you feel uncomfortable. the manager/owner? Was very nice. We decided to get the bowls w/choice of protein. I chose the falafels. They were delish. had some crunch to it and some spice. I enjoyed that... but if you don't like Spicy.. you should stay away. it had yellow basmati on bottom of bowl. 2 bowls and 1 fountain drink was $31.00 I guess this is just what it is these days. expensive. Been wanting to try this place since I have had several friends commented how good the food is. Well this place did not disappoint. Dalton at the register was very polite and helpful when we asked about the items on the menu. We received our food in a timely manner and the portions were very generous. We will definitely be going back.
Love this place! Always fast, fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly. All what I can say amazing place with amazing food!
