My daughter and I ate here a few months ago and really enjoyed it. But oh what a few months can change. It was awful today. Bland, nasty over cooked french fries, nothing like the fat steak fries we had previously. The dry meat, a tablespoon of sauce and day old pita. Not thing had a discernible taste. $36 for this crap food. Not worth a penny! Skip this place. I will never go back.

Good food, but staff needs to be wearing masks. Cashier had a mask, but down around her chin. Doesn't work!!!

Maybe I shouldn't review...? We visited when it first opened so give grace...? The order was wrong, the food was sloppy, and lacked good Greek flavor. Sorry... Don't want to be negative but I eat, cook, and love Greek food. If I were to go for take out again...I'd go to Daphne's reliable good flavor.. and flavor matters most.

Quality of same item on two different consecutive days. Restaurant had no idea on their food quality. Restaurant manager said I must have had uncooked dough(right) on previous days order. All other food were great. Family enjoyed them. The rating was more for the restaurant manager who answered the phone. It was so good first day with the filling so I came back to order 6 the next day and got ones on the left.

Yuk! Never again. It was expensive and the food was not good. (unless you like bland food) I had a gyro sandwich and the Greek lemon soup. The soup was tasteless. The gyro meat was OK but fellas gyros DO NOT have french fries on them. An authentic gyro is made with the meat, onions, cumber and tzatziki sauce that has FLAVOR. What a disappointment. This restaurant only works if you have no idea how REAL Greek food is supposed to taste.

This place is not really that good. The place was packed and it received great reviews so I gave it a shot, but it's mediocre. The food does not taste authentic at all. Nothing really special, it was okay. They drench the salad bowls with dressing with like three times the amount that should be on there making the food hard to eat. I wouldn't come back here again.

Pricey for what you get. Souvlaki chicken platter came with 2 skinny skewers of chicken, yummy greek fries, tzatziki and 4 pieces of pita bread for $13.95! The baklava was good too. For a fast food place its just too pricey.

Greek vs. Greek... Wife (Greek) & I first time today. So looking forward to it since Daphne's has gone downhill. One very good item but a disappointing visit otherwise. Avgolemono Soup (A favorite) had the taste but very watery/thin, orzo/rice was pretty much non-existent with microscopic pieces of chicken. Gyro Lamb combination plate w/Greek Fries; Fries? can we say soggy, yes but lots of garlic & onion good taste but again soggy. Gyro; Nice serving, Pita was good tasting but was a bit thick, Tzatziki/Cucumber dressing/s... read more

I am originally from NYC so I know, and love, Greek food. I saw Nick the Greek had opened in Roseville so I went. First the crew hasn't been trained as I asked about pilaf and they didn't know what I was talking about. The Gyro bowl arrived with some unknown meet which was supposed to be lamb. NOT! Any comparison to Nick the Greek and Greek food is purely a coincidence. Anyone looking for genuine Greek food I suggest Nick the Greek should be avoided!
