This location has poor customer service. They need better employee management. I ordered five meals online for my family. When I went to pick up my order at 8 PM, somehow the employee at the counter was allowed to go on break and started eating a whole combo meal in front of hungry customers. I could see that my food was already packed too and getting cold in the counter. Keep in mind, 8PM is near peak dinner hour so I was confused how people are going on break while customer are waiting. 10 more people came right after and... read more

The service is great I was greeted once enter order my food gave a tip then get back to work and open the box and the chicken was dry and old like yesterdays chicken they opened at 11am I was there at 11:15 so yes yesterday chicken dry and after seeing that I was no longer interested in eating the food what a waste... other then the dry chicken the place is nice and I'll probably give them another chance

Not good at all! I ordered garlic fries and falafel wrap. I use to work at a Greek restaurant so i know what good Greek food taste like. This was the worst my car stinks of garlic the wrap was so gross. Never again coming to any of this places

Customer service was good Something was off when there was no cooks to be seen The food at this location something different Got a chicken Slovakia plate fries where over cooked and hard like sticks they snapped when you bit into it the pita bread dry and stale Chicken was literally warm Flafal plate was over cooked and dry The time was 1:04 Saturday 8/5 This location was our spot but I guess we will have to make our way to San Leandro did not want to drive by during my lunch break

Decent food but it's a bit inconsistent. Almost every time I order with no onions I get onions. Sometimes there's way too much oil on the salad and it soaks into the rice. Fries are decent.

Came here on a Wednesday evening. Nobody was at the front counter to greet me, but there was two cooks who saw me and just looked (no hello, they will be with you in a moment nothing) once they young lady was done using the restroom I was able to place my order. I was supposed to have the SOUVLAKI chicken plate over rice and a side salad w/ dressing on the side. The plate came with fries and I had to wait for her to get me a side of rice. I ordered a falafel bowl, and nick fries. Unfortunately there was zero taste to the food. Really bland and tasteless. Just hella boring white sauce. I would suggest going to halal guys instead. I don't think this place will last here. Waste of $45
