Delicious food and friendly staff. My first time trying a chicken Souvlaki and it was delicious, everything taste so fresh!
I really enjoy the chicken gyro at Nicks. Having had it in other Bay locations, I was excited to have them locally. The chicken gyro has great flavor is generous in size and includes some fries stuffed in there. My wife said the pork belly gyro meat lacked flavor and was only so so. The Greek fries had great flavor but were a little soggy and limp. I keep going back for the chicken gyro $12
What!? Nick the Greek Is in vacaville? Soo cool! I love them. First had them in Palo alto when I lived on peninsula. Anytime I see them on restaurant recommendations i know they will have great food. I went to get my lashes done at Milan across the way and after I stopped into Nick's and chatted it up with the nice lady helping me. The first time we ordered online, there must have been a glitch because when we went in to pick it up they said they never saw the order come through. Despite waiting a bit, the food was pretty good and we said we'd give it another try. So we ordered two pitas online again. This time the food was ready when we went to pick it up. Nothing too spectacular but the chicken souvlaki pita was satisfying. You get a bigger portion of fries when ordered on the side so that was worth noting.
The family and I stopped by Nick the Greek while we were in Vacaville for the outlets. The service was great and the food had good flavors and big portions. Overall a winner.
Today my Wife and I picked up lunch and had a 5 Star experience! It, was as if we never had a bad experience recently. Our cashier Brook was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was pristinely clean and our food was beyond delicious. Thank You to the owners for listening, reaching out and being back on TOP! Regards Bruce and Linda
So good! Fresh take on yummy Greek food... had the gyro bowl. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
Chicken Gyro Pita The food was average, seemed and tasted as if the meat had been frozen. Nothing out of the ordinary, hopefully it was just a bad day
get the nicks fries !! i like mine with a some extra feta. the portion is big enough to share
