Great casual Greek Independent franchise. Stopped in for first time and will definitely be back. Located in universal Park in Doy's previous location. Super clean and organized restaurant. Very friendly helpful service. Wide range of authentic Greek apps, wraps, salads, plates and dessert. Side of falafel for just under six bucks... We were shopping across the street today and I was looking for a good lunch spot when I bumped into some reviews for Nick the Greek. We ordered a Gyro plate Which comes with a small salad and a choice of rice or fries. I would highly recommend the fries they were tasty and seasoned well, the salad was also great a nice little Greek salad. The plate itself had cut up toasted pita bread diced onions and tomatoes with the Gyro meat and tzatziki sauce. I tried the one in SLO. It was delicious and came across this one when I was leaving Roger's Jewelry. Since my husband and son liked it at SLO we gave it a try for lunch. The girl at the counter was friendly and she even brought the food to our table. There were plenty of seats and the place was clean. We ordered the Gyros Plate, it came with protein of your choice, rice or fries, side of salad, sauce and pita bread, also tomatoes and onions. I just love this place. I am trying to try something different each visit. Today's choice was Nicks Fries. Yum. And the frozen yogurt dessert. So refreshing!

The ladies working were very nice and attentive. The food was obviously done to order so it took a while to get it. But the taste was subpar. Greek food is flavorful, fresh, full of complimentary taste profiles, and healthy. I just don't get get that from this chain. There are Nick The Greek restaurants all over now and I just haven't decided they're my go to. In a pinch they're DEFINITELY better than options like burger king or taco bell.... But unfortunately they've Americanized Greek food too kuch.

Today was my first time here and I ordered the chicken bowl. It came with lettuce, lots of delicious sauce, chicken, cucumbers, onions, rice and tomatoes. Overall it was filling, flavorful, and a great experience. The restaurant itself was clean and the cashier was friendly! I would definitely come back here!

Don't walk....run! I've been all over the state and this is a wonderful Greek Gyro stop. Friendly smiles and warm welcomes make the food that much better. The Gyro fries are incredible. I've never had them that good. It was nice as I had to have something soft today. Daughter's traditional Gyro was right on and customized perfectly. Thank you for caring to offer quality food to your customers. You truly have heart in what you do!

We stopped by along our road trip from Yosemite to LA. We love the Nick the Greek locations in LA but this one here in Fresno is by far the best location we've been to!!! Super fresh food, felt like we were in Greece! And they had the best version of the baklava froyo!
