I was super excited to see a Nick the Greek in Fresno. I've had it many times in the Bay Area and always regretted that there isn't one in Fresno. When I walked in, I was greeted by all the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean and nice. And the food... where do I start? It was all very tasty. The chicken was cooked well and the fries were bomb. If you are in the area, then I would totally recommend stopping by and giving this new restaurant a try.

The bowl I got was great!! The flavors of everything are strong, but they go together so well! Pictured is is my beef/lamb bowl with no Tzatziki sauce. I have a mint allergy and the staff were incredibly helpful about checking to see if anything had mint in it (the Tzatziki). They have a menu on their website, and you can order ahead. I'd definitely come back!

Where to start... I was greeted as if I was an old friend, and treated like my business was appreciated and wanted. The girl at the register was patient and answered my questions about certain foods. I ordered a chicken bowl and my husband got traditional gyro meat of beef/lamb bowl. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was flavorful, the rice was perfection. All I can say is if you order take out, be sure and check your order is right before you leave!!!! I ordered take out for dinner. After a long day at work, I didn't have the energy to make dinner so I ordered take out. I called my order in, when I got to the restaurant it was completely dead inside. I didn't bother to check my order because I was hungry and just wanted to get back home to have dinner. Not the best tasting. Hummus did not taste fresh, the donuts are literally sitting in oil. And the gyro pita was okay, not the best.

I had never met a Gyro I didn't like until I ate here. It was horrible, tasked old and rotten. The salads were good. The chicken plate was edible but both the chicken and rice were dry and bland. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered 2 gyros with extra tzatziki sauce, got 2 gyros with no sauce at all. Called to rectify the issue and was hung up on twice. Asked for the employees name and the managers name and the employee gave me a fake name and hung up on me. Horrible service and the gyros and soggy fries were nearly as bad.

I ordered take out from here with high expectations considering the ratings. However, upon opening the chicken pita, I saw a hair in it. Didn't end up trying it for obvious reasons.
