The service was horrible. Walked in and ordered only to wait an hour plus to receive my food. The cashier was polite which was only reason I gave 2 stars.

So..the food was actually good. But- the service was really bad. Pretty sure they forgot about our order, we ordered simple things and a lot of the people who ordered after us got their food first. When we reminded them about our order they were confused, then we saw them scrambling to make it. It took 45 minutes (honest, this is not an exaggeration) to receive our order and this is a quick service restaurant. Service gets 0 starts, food gets 3 stars

They use spits. Good sign. Didn't see anyone shaving meat off the spit for my partner's gyros. Bad sign. Spits did not seem to be getting heat. Very bad sign. The meat didn't seem to have been shaved off the cone. In fact, it seemed to be some sort of Mexican version. Good size though. My beefteki was very skimpy. Taste was ok. Tzatziki sauce was watery and nasty. Whoever works in the kitchen needs to get a clue. I asked if they offered sides of feta. Dude was like what? "Umm we can sprinkle it on your sandwiches..." We like it here but drove 30 minutes and they were closed cause their online hours are different from actual store hours. Disappointing

I drove 15 mins to get here and it was almost what I was hoping for. I got a greek salad with lamb/beef. The meat was good, it should come with tzatziki though not sure why it's $50cents for such a small quantity I got 2. When I got home with it I realized there was almost zero dressing if any at all on the salad. Would have liked some dressing on the side at least. Good flavor but really not the full experience I was looking for.

2nd time back and I ordered on the app. I should've read the details on the gyro salad. It only came with spinach and arugula unlike the Greek salad which I thought the gyro salad would suppose to be like but apparently not. The gyro salad uses vinaigrette. It was so plain that I used my husband's leftover side Greek salad to add his onions and tomatoes to look like a Greek salad.
