This place is one of the most flavorful gyro places I have ever tried, service is highly nice and food comes out quickly.
Business response:
Spread the love! Thank you so much! -Nick
Best gyro I've had outside of Greece, absolute game changer. Chicken and pork gyro are authentic as it gets, it's so good I'm gonna be eating here for the next 2 weeks.

Bringing Greece to you is what we do!
Ordered Take out at the Wellborn Rd. location. First of all, instead of 2 souvlaki chicken plates and 1 souvlaki pork plate I've got 3 pork plates. The meat was grossly undercooked, and I had to recook the meat. I threw everything away! We ate only the soggy fries and the salad. Waste of $55 ! Huge disappointment. Never going to order at this restaurant/franchise.
food isn't bad, but what's the point of having a drive to Lane if I have to sit there for 30 minutes while they make my food,
Was not impressed. Food was bland, but the staff was really nice. It was pretty nice inside, but just the food wasn't tasty.
I got the chicken souvlaki pita which was decent, but I have not had worse fries in my entire life. They were so dry, unseasoned, and felt like they had been cooked two days before I got them. So, get anything but the fries and it will be a decent meal. Also incredibly expensive, my combo was nearly 20 dollars with a 15% tip.
Yikes!! This place gets great reviews but the food is two thumbs down. The restaurant is clean, the employees are soooo nice but we couldn't eat the gyro meat. If you're super old and you don't care for seasonings, this is your place. My husband and I have been at the vet hospital since 7 am so we were starving and still tossed the food in the trash.
Not great food, and they got our order wrong. Summary: Order preparation: poor (missing items, lots!) Beef/lamb gyro: average Chicken souvlaki: bland, unseasoned Avgolemono soup: tasty but almost no orzo (literally 6 pieces!) Pita bread: their pitas were tasty and had good texture Loukoumades: ok but missing everything (NO walnuts, honey, cinnamon) Baklava: fair but one piece was missing This was our first time getting food from Nick The Greek, it was disappointing. We ordered for pickup. We ordered 2 plates, a pita, hummu... read more

Daniel looks like we dropped the ball this time. I'm sorry about your experience with us and definitely want to make it up to you. I have spoken to the staff on the importance of details. If you can please email directly at wellborntx@nickthegreek.com so we can make this right. Thanks, Nick T.
2 stars is being generous. I got the Greek salad and Loukoumades, both of which were disappointing. The veggies in the salad were fresh, though there were no olives even though the menu said there should be. The salad was not dressed at all. (The menu said "house dressing", which apparently means no dressing at all.) I had to just put the salad in my fridge until I could go to the store and get some vinagarette to dress it. The Loukoumades were supposed to include "house made syrup" and would have been decent if there actua... read more
