i love being part of a credit union instead of a "big bank" and no longer have the monthly fees for having accounts. the app is easy to use and kara was so helpful in setting up everything and explaining anything i had questions about.

I absolutely love the ladies at the Council Bluffs location. They are always super friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I have is that now that it is Midland Credit Union, they open after I'm already at work and close before I get off of work, so it really isn't as convenient as it used to be. I will see what I can do to make it work.

I’ve been a member since 1996. I have moved across state lines multiple times and have never moved my bank account from Midland. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else.

bank mergers cause difficulties (payables, receivables, hours, staff, etc); they allowed for member voting, there's positive experiences with Mindy whom went above beyond call of duty; she attempts to help me attach my new bank account info so I can pay my rent going forward; hopefully there's other positive experiences with credit union mergers; offers more features than previous credit union; I received a review response; depending upon which telephone number I call it might get routed throughout Iowa which is confusing; t... read more

I have now purchased two vehicles with Midland and can’t say enough good things about my experiences. Both times, I worked with Baylie. She is kind, responsive, makes things happen FAST, and is simply a joy to work with. Would give 100 stars if I could!
